How to Complete Re-Enrollment
By clicking these links, you will need to create a PowerSchool Enrollment Family Account.
A SNAPCODE will be emailed to you from PowerSchool Enrollment—be on the lookout for that email if you use this method.

On the left side near the bottom, click "Registration"

Enter your student’s Date of Birth to open Registration

Confirm or update contact information

Upload a copy of Proof of SC Residency (dated within the last 90 days) See here for example.
Just a quick reminder: If you have multiple students enrolled with us, please make sure to complete this process for each of them individually.

Q: What if I forgot my Parent Portal login?
A: Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the login page or contact our support team for assistance.
Q: Can I update my contact information during re-enrollment?
A: Yes! Please review and update any changes to ensure we have the correct information on file.
Q: What if I have multiple children to re-enroll?
A: You can complete re-enrollment for each student under your Parent Portal account.
Q: I’m having technical issues. What should I do?
A: Try clearing your browser cache or using a different device. If issues persist, contact our support team at admissions@rr-schools.org or call 864-662-6727.
Q: I’m having trouble uploading my Proof of Residency (POR) or other documents.
A: If you're experiencing issues with document uploads, please refer to our Document Upload Troubleshooting Guide for step-by-step assistance.
Q: I've been asked to send my Proof of Residency again. How can I do that?
A: Click here to sign back into your account and upload a new POR. See here for accepted example.
